Singing people are great people, so for nine years we have had a truly wonderful community of users - people who are dedicated to making their choirs and choruses work better, because singing is so important in their lives.
Recently a few of those loyal users created their own user group on Facebook, with the stated goal to help each other out and "stop bothering Sharlene so much." Now Sharlene enjoys helping our users be successful, but I understand where they are coming from - Shar is only one woman after all, and as we've grown, the sheer number of questions has grown along with us. A user group is a great way to get questions answered quickly, share tips and tricks, and generally create a happier, healthier situation. I love it! Originally the "Choir Geniuses" group was only for our customers in one region of one singing organization, but the leaders of the group have agreed that opening it up to the rest of the world would be a fantastic idea. And we at #CG HQ have decided to spend some of our support time participating in the group as well. We've already been members of the group for a few weeks, and it has been great to help people in this way. It's just one step in our overall plan to open up and be more transparent and collaborative - look for more announcements on this theme in the near future. So this is your official invitation to head over to Facebook and get involved in the Choir Geniuses user group! We'll see you there.
